Financial Assistance

Who is eligible

You may qualify for Financial Assistance at UMMC if you:

• Have exhausted all insurance payments and options
• Are a US citizen
• Have income below a certain Federal Poverty Level

When to apply

If you think you may need Financial Assistance, please apply before beginning care, if possible.

How to Apply

Patients may request financial assistance by completing an application with required supporting documentation.
